ML Booking does not take a percentage of the visit. We charge a flat $0.29 CAD only when a booking is paid online. Bookings with no online payment have no ML Booking fee. Square or Stripe still charge their own card-processing rates. Money goes to the business’s Square or Stripe account — we are not the merchant of record.

If that Square or Stripe account is already live, connecting it in ML Booking is about two minutes. You do not open a new merchant account with us. Payouts, refunds, and disputes stay in Square or Stripe. You can also issue a refund from a booking in ML Booking.
