Terms of Use
Last updated: September 27, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) govern access to and use of ML Booking websites, booking widgets, booking links, branded booking pages, business and staff portals, and related online materials (together, the “Sites”) operated by MiniLARGE Inc. (“MiniLARGE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
If you create an account, subscribe, take bookings, or use paid features, our Terms of Service also apply and control if there is a conflict about accounts, fees, bookings, payments, downtime, or liability. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. SMS consent and opt-out rules are stated in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and are not changed by this page.
By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
1. Who we are
The Sites are operated by MiniLARGE Inc., an online business in Ontario, Canada. Product site: www.mlbooking.ca. Company site: www.minilarge.ca.
2. Eligibility
You must use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate applicable law, including the laws of Ontario and Canada. Business and staff accounts are for persons 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). If you use the Sites for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
3. Licence to use the Sites
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Sites for their intended purpose: learning about ML Booking, operating a Business account you are authorized to use, or completing a booking with a Business. We and our licensors own the Sites. The licence ends if you breach these Terms of Use or the Terms of Service.
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, or commercially exploit the Sites except through ordinary browser use or a public search engine acting within our robots.txt file. You may not frame the Sites or remove proprietary notices.
4. Accounts and security
If you have a login, you must keep it confidential, use a unique password, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim an account or public URL that is misleading, infringing, or abusive.
5. User content
You retain rights in content you submit (business name, logos, service lists, photos, notes, policies, and similar material). You grant MiniLARGE a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the Sites and the Service. If you are a Business, our Terms of Service also let us use your business name and logo to identify you as a customer of ML Booking — not as an endorser or partner. You represent that you have the rights to grant that licence and that the content is lawful and accurate.
We are not obliged to monitor user content, but we may remove or disable content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or in breach of these Terms of Use. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the Sites, our users, or the public.
6. Prohibited conduct
You will not, and will not allow others to:
- use the Sites in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory;
- impersonate MiniLARGE, ML Booking, another Business, or any other person;
- access another user’s account without permission;
- interfere with, overload, damage, or interrupt the Sites, including by malware, flooding, or denial-of-service activity;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Sites except with our prior written consent;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law (including interoperability rights) cannot be waived;
- use robots, spiders, or other automated means to copy or mine data, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
- send spam, phishing, or bulk commercial electronic messages through or by means of the Sites;
- collect phone numbers, emails, or other personal information except as the Service is designed to collect for a legitimate booking, and never without the SMS consent described in our Terms of Service;
- use the Sites to advertise or provide services you are not licensed to provide;
- upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
- circumvent usage limits, payment, or security controls; or
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Sites as a service bureau except as we expressly allow (for example, a Business letting its Clients book).
7. Intellectual property
All software, design, text, graphics, and compilation of the Sites are owned by MiniLARGE Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada and other countries. “ML Booking”, related logos, and the look and feel of the Sites are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission, except for a truthful factual reference.
Third-party names (including Square, Stripe, WordPress, Wix, Twilio, and Telnyx) are the marks of their owners. Mention does not mean endorsement by those owners or by us.
8. Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant us the right to use them for any purpose without credit or payment. Do not send information you want to keep confidential unless we have a separate written agreement.
9. Linking and third-party sites
You may link to public pages of mlbooking.ca in a way that is fair, legal, and not misleading. You may not imply our endorsement. We may withdraw link permission at any time.
The Sites may link to third-party websites or load third-party code (for example, a payment form or an analytics script). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Beta and coming-soon features
We may describe features that are planned, in preview, or labelled coming soon. Those descriptions are not a commitment to deliver a feature by a date, or at all. Preview features may change or be withdrawn without notice and are provided as-is.
11. Privacy and cookies
Use of the Sites is subject to our Privacy Policy. The Sites use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to run accounts and, where configured, measurement tools such as Google Analytics. Details, including SMS and mobile-information rules, are in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The Sites are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario and Canada, we disclaim implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Browsing marketing pages does not create a duty for us to keep those pages available or current. If you also use the Service as a Business or Client, the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service applies to claims about the Service. For claims that relate only to browsing the Sites, our total liability is limited to CAD $100, to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot be waived under Ontario consumer-protection law are not limited.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify MiniLARGE Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors against claims and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Sites, your user content, or your breach of these Terms of Use.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to some or all of the Sites at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms of Use, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Sites or other users. You may stop using the Sites at any time. Provisions that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) survive.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. Material changes will be highlighted when practical. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
16. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario sitting in Ottawa have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect our intellectual property. These Terms of Use are in English. If we provide a translation, English controls except where applicable law requires otherwise for a consumer.
