Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ML Booking (mlbooking.ca), including our websites, booking widgets, and related services (the “Service”). ML Booking is owned and operated by MiniLARGE Inc. (www.minilarge.ca). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

ML Booking is a product of MiniLARGE Inc., a company that provides online appointment scheduling tools for businesses and their customers. Company website: www.minilarge.ca. Contact: [email protected].

2. Accounts

Business and staff accounts must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

3. Bookings

When a customer books an appointment through a business’s booking widget, they enter into that appointment with the business, not with MiniLARGE Inc. or ML Booking. The business is responsible for providing the service, cancellations, and refunds according to its own policies.

4. SMS and transactional messages

Phone number is optional when you book. If you leave it blank, we will email you and will not text you. If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional text messages about appointments (confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations) from ML Booking and/or the business you booked with. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking. Consent boxes are never pre-checked. We do not treat a blank or unchecked box as an opt-out confirmation — we simply do not send SMS.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam, harassment, unlawful content, or to collect phone numbers without the consent described above.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, MiniLARGE Inc. and ML Booking are not liable for missed appointments, business-customer disputes, or carrier delivery of SMS messages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
